• Take pride in what you do.  Take every opportunity you have to find something you enjoy doing.
• Give back.  Lisa believes that people have a responsibility to give back to their community.
• Always be willing to learn and explore.  Never let anything limit your success.
• Be inclusive.  Everyone should be included, respected, and have an opportunity to grow.

GOALS FOR FWISD

• Our first priority should be improving student outcomes.
• Every student should improve by at least one grade level each year.

• The Board must be focused on conflict resolution. Our School Board must be unified so trustees can work together to improve outcomes.
• The Board should concentrate on setting policy and leave the running of the schools to Dr. Scribner and the professional administrators, whose job that is.

• We must work to increase transparency and strengthen ethics policies to make the board more open and efficient.
• Trustees should have the support and confidence of their communities.

• All students should have the same educational opportunities and a clear path to success, through equal access to programs.
• Understand parents priorities and goals for their children.
